Your package shipment
Packages are generally sent within 2 days from payment receipt and they are shipped via DHL with tracking and unsigned delivery. If You prefer a delivery with DHL Extra with signature request, an additional fee will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipping You choose, we will provide You a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include management and packaging charges and postal fees. Operating costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that You group Your items in one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at Your own risk, but special attention is paid in case of fragile objects.
Boxes are suitably large in size and Your items are well protected.
