1. Acceptance of sale general conditions
By sending the confirmation of the purchase order electronically, the customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his relations with F.lli Bassoli Sas, owner of the e-commerce site ‘www.bassoli.it’, general and payments conditions described below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the indications provided him. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefor implies full knowledge of the conditions of sale and their acceptance.
2. Responsibility
F.lli Bassoli Sas is not responsible for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, resulting from the sale of goods proposed in the catalogue published on the ‘www.bassoli.it’ website, also for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods published on the site, nor for any other fact not attributable directly to F.lli Bassoli Sas and the e-commerce site ‘www.bassoli.it’ that it manages.
3. Technical information
F.lli Bassoli reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalogue, even without any prior notice. It is understood that the image accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in colour, size, products and accessories in figure. All the information supporting the purchase is to be understood as a simple generic information material, not related to the real characteristics of a single product.
4. Products availability
Since access and the possibility to place order online change the availability of the product in real time, F.lli Bassoli Sas does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.
5. Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively in written form, online or by email to horsetools@bassoli.it. The customer who sends the order will receive at the end of the procedure a communication confirming the relative order number. The order will be accepted with payment done only and with available goods. The customer will receive an email to confirm the shipment.
6. Prices
All prices are excluding VAT and are net of transport costs; prices can be changed at any time without any prior notice, without changing the orders in progress and already accepted even if they have not been shipped.
7. Methods of payment
Once the order has been submitted, the customer will receive an email containing all the information necessary to be able to make the payment. The purchased products may be paid by the following ways:
7.a Payment by advance bank transfer
The payment must be submitted no later than 3 days from the date of receipt of the confirmation email containing all payment information, otherwise F.lli Bassoli Sas reserves the right to cancel the order. To speed up the shipping process, the customer can send by e-mail the payment copy with the CRO number of the transfer.
7.b Cash on delivery to the courier
Transport increased by 8.00 euros (fixed cash on delivery fee) in cash or with bank cheque in the name of F.lli Bassoli Sas.

8. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times vary from 2 to 8 working days depending on the availability of the products in stock. The goods always travel at the risk and danger of the customer and at the expense of the customer.
9. Billing
For each purchase a regular Invoice will be issued specifying the name of the private customer or company, company name, tax code, VAT number and address. The Invoice will be sent electronically by the 15th of the month following the order to the email box entered during registration.
10. Obligations of the purchaser
The consumer and/or customer undertakes and obliges once the “online” purchase procedure has been completed to provide for the printing and storage of these general conditions which moreover he will have already seen and accepted as an obligatory passage in the purchase, as well as the specifications of the purchased product in order to satisfy the condition referred to in art. 4, 5, 52 and 53 od Decr. Legisl. 205/2005.

The buyer is strictly prohibited from entering false and/or fictional data into the registration procedure necessary to activate against him the process for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; personal data and e-mail must be exclusively Your real data and not of third parties or fantasy ones. The consumer and/or customer authorizes F.lli Bassoli Sas and undertakes to provide at latter’s discretionary request a copy of the valid identity documents. Failure to comply with the request for documents authorizes F.lli Bassoli Sas to terminate the contract for non-compliance of the buyer. It is expressly forbidden to make multiple registrations corresponding to the same person or enter third-part data. F.lli Bassoli Sas reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of consumers all.
10.2
The customer maintains F.lli Bassoli Sas from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the customer, being the customer himself solely responsible for the correct insertion.
